By accessing or using the TimeSubmit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TimeSubmit Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

TimeSubmit is a software-as-a-service platform that provides timesheet management, approval workflows, and invoicing tools for consultancies and professional services organisations. The Service is provided via the internet and may be accessed through web browsers on compatible devices.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.

All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited licence to use Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of TimeSubmit Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeSubmit Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the Service settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days following termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
