Built for consultancies

About TimeSubmit

One workflow, covered properly. A consultant enters hours, an approver signs them off, and the approved time becomes the invoice.

Our Story

TimeSubmit was born from a simple frustration: consultancies everywhere were drowning in spreadsheets, chasing approvals over email, and losing billable hours to clunky time tracking tools.

Having worked in the consultancy space for years, our founding team experienced these pain points first-hand. Managers spending hours each week reconciling timesheets, consultants forgetting to log time, and finance teams manually creating invoices from inconsistent data.

So we built the workflow as one thing rather than three. Hours are entered once, approved by someone who can see the work but not the rate, and turned into an invoice without being retyped into a spreadsheet on the way.

Our Mission

To eliminate the administrative burden of timesheet management so consultancies can spend more time on the work that matters.

Every hour should be accounted for accurately, approved swiftly, and invoiced without hassle. That is the standard TimeSubmit holds itself to.

What We Stand For

Six principles that guide every feature, decision, and interaction.

Time Well Spent

Time tracking should take seconds, not minutes. Every feature is designed to reduce friction and keep consultants focused on billable work.

Trust & Transparency

Approvals, rejections and admin overrides are recorded with who did them and when. Approvers see the hours without seeing what those hours bill at.

Built for Teams

A five-person practice and a twenty-five-person consultancy run the same workflow. What changes is the plan, not the way the product works.

Say What Is There

We list what TimeSubmit does not do as plainly as what it does. No API yet, no accounting sync, no certification we have not been audited for.

Works Everywhere

A responsive web application that works on any device, so consultants can submit timesheets from site, office, or home.

One Place

Timesheets, approvals, documents and invoices sit together, so the invoice is built from hours somebody already approved rather than from a spreadsheet.
