TimeSubmit is designed for B2B consultancies of all sizes—from solo freelancers to large multi-team organizations. If you need to track consultant time, approve timesheets, and generate invoices, TimeSubmit is for you.
Do I need to install any software?+
No. TimeSubmit is a web application that runs entirely in your browser. There's nothing to download or install, and it works on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Can I use TimeSubmit for multiple clients?+
Absolutely. TimeSubmit supports multiple clients, projects, and consultants. You can assign consultants to different projects and track time separately for each.

Pricing & Billing

Is there a free plan?+
Yes, our Free plan is available at no cost and includes 1 client, 1 project, and up to 2 consultants. It's perfect for freelancers or very small teams wanting to try TimeSubmit.
How does the free trial work?+
Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or downgrade to the Free plan.
Can I change my plan later?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we pro-rate any price differences. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes, we offer a 20% discount when you choose annual billing. You can select this option during checkout or switch from monthly at any time.

Timesheets

How do consultants submit timesheets?+
Consultants log into TimeSubmit, select their project, and enter their hours for each day. They can add notes, attach documents, and submit the timesheet for approval—all from a single, intuitive interface.
Can I submit timesheets for previous weeks?+
Yes, consultants can submit timesheets for past periods, subject to any submission deadlines your organization has configured. Managers can also reopen rejected timesheets for amendment.
What happens after a timesheet is submitted?+
Once submitted, the timesheet enters the approval workflow. Designated approvers receive a notification and can approve, reject, or request changes. Approved timesheets automatically feed into invoice generation.
Can I track time across multiple projects in one week?+
Yes. TimeSubmit supports multi-project timesheets, so consultants can split their hours across as many projects as needed within a single submission period.

Is my data secure?+

We're working on data import features for CSV and common formats. In the meantime, our support team can assist with bulk data migration for Professional and Enterprise customers.
Do you offer onboarding support?+
Professional plan customers receive email and chat support for onboarding. Enterprise customers get a dedicated onboarding specialist who will guide your team through setup, configuration, and training.
