Approve
The project's approvers are emailed. They approve, or reject with a reason so the consultant knows what to correct. Reminders chase the ones nobody has opened.
Invoice
Approved hours become an invoice, in the client's currency, ready to download as a PDF.
Priced by the team, not by the seat
Every plan is a base fee covering a block of team members, plus a rate for anyone above it. Practice is $39 a month for 5 people and the first two months cost nothing. Core is $42 a month for 3, then $14 for each further member. Margin is $110 for 5, then $22.
