Time tracking, timesheet approvals and invoicing for consultancies. All prices are in USD and exclude VAT. Every plan is a base fee covering a block of team members, plus a per-member rate for anyone above it — not a flat per-seat charge from the first member. "Team member" means anyone with a TimeSubmit login: consultants, administrators and approvers alike.

Run the whole loop for two months, then keep going for $39.

## Frequently asked questions

### Who counts as a team member?

Anyone in your organisation with a TimeSubmit login, which means consultants, administrators and approvers alike. Approvers count as team members because they hold an account and sign work off inside it. They never see billing rates or invoice totals.

### Is TimeSubmit free?

Practice gives you two months at no cost, with the whole workflow available: a consultant submits a timesheet, an approver approves it, and it lands on the admin dashboard. After two months Practice is $39 a month for up to five people. There is no plan that stays free indefinitely.

### What happens when the two months are up?

Practice continues at $39 a month for up to five team members. If your team has grown past five, or you want more than two consultants, Core removes the cap and bills for each additional member.

### How is the price worked out?

Practice is a flat $39 a month for up to five team members. Core and Margin cover a set number in their base price, three on Core and five on Margin. Beyond that you pay for each additional member, per month. Paying for a year up front lowers the base price, and additional members cost the same either way.

### What happens when someone joins mid-month?

You add a seat at checkout and it is prorated for the remainder of the billing period. At renewal, your seat count adjusts automatically to match your team.

### Can we remove seats?

Seats stay on your subscription until the end of the current billing period. Remove the team member and the seat is released at your next renewal.

### What happens to our data if we downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Records beyond your new plan's retention window become read-only until you upgrade again, and everything stays exportable to CSV.

### Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
